REAGEN™ lincomycin ELISA Test Kit enables government agencies, food manufacturers and quality assurance organizations to detect major lincomycin to as low as 0.5 ppb level in various sample types and to satisfy customer concerns about food safety. Lincomycin ELISA Test Kit provides a unique extraction method, which is accurate, rapid, cost effective and easy to use.
1.The extraction of lincomycins from egg, honey, feed, meat, milk, tissue, serum and urine can be finished in 10 - 30 minutes with a high recovery rate of 75 - 105%.
2. High reproducibility.
3.A quick ELISA assay (less than 2 hours regardless of number of samples..
The method is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay. The lincomycin antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the lincomycin-horseradish peroxidase (Lincomycin-HRP) conjugate. If the lincomycin residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the lincomycin antibody, thereby preventing the Lincomycin-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well. The resulting color intensity, after addition of the HRP substrate (TMB),has an inverse relationship with the lincomycin residue concentration in the sample.
