Difloxacin ELISA Test Kit
REAGEN™Difloxacin ELISA Test Kit enables government agencies, food manufacturers and quality assurance organizations to detect major Difloxacin in various sample types and to satisfy customer concerns about food safety. Difloxacin ELISA Test Kit iprovides a unique extraction method, which is accurate, rapid, cost effective and easy to use.
1. Extraction of sarafloxacin from chicken, fish/shrimp and milk with a high Extraction of difloxacins from chicken, fish/shrimp and milk with a high recovery rate.
2. A quick ELISA assay (50 minutes incubation time).
3. High reproducibility.
The method is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay. The difloxacin antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the difloxacin-horseradish peroxidase (Difloxacin-HRP) conjugate. If the difloxacin residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the difloxacin antibody, thereby preventing the Difloxacin-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well. The resulting color intensity, after addition of the HRP substrate (TMB), has an inverse relationship with the difloxacin residue concentration in the sample.
